Will my plugs be any easier to do when my blower is off?

A question on the port job by REM... The blower casing is ported too right? Not just the inlet and outlet, the casing is ported too right?

One more question. When I put the Ported Eaton back on, won't I have to add supercharger oil to it??? How much fluid needs to go back in it and where do I get the oil at?

Shane-

Supercharger Fluid = Ford # E9SZ-19577-A

Take out the plug in the nose cone and fill 'til it almost pours out.

You NEED to cure your oil problem...don't put her back together without resolving it.

Good Luck

Buy your SC oil from GM it is 25% of the cost of Ford and it is the same stuff.

Plus, if you go with apten I believe they ship it back to you assembled and filled with fresh fluid.

It's definitely all the EGR and power steering stuff on the drivers side thats in the way of the plugs. Take that off and it should make a big diff.

How can it come with oil in it? Does the oil just go where the snout comes off? (not where the bearings and rotor pakcs are right) When I send it in, can I just leave it in 1 piece?
Also, I am going to be taking the rotor packs out so I can save on shipping. It isnt hard to take the rotors in and out of the charger right?
thanks, Shane

I thought of getting rid of the EGR valve and blocking it off. But I dont do the plugs as often as some of you do. And I dont know everything about it and if its worth the removal... It will be nice to have it off when I take the blower and intake off and do the plugs this time, but I think I'll put it back on when I get the charger back as well...
