one of my fog lights just broke when washing truck the other day. I luckly had an extra one.... but cant seem to get it in there right.

i put that screw into the bottom hole.... but do i put that "U" shapped bracket in front or behind with the nut? i tried it in the front, but no matter how tight i tighten the bolt, the light wiggles.... i put the "U" bracket in the back with the bolt, and the fog light gets tight and doesnt move, but its not centered right... its facing too far down.....

whats the right way to do this??
