Reviving this post.

Could someone please post a soundclip of a truck with not cats. Preferably no cats, LTs and a bassani....I would love to make my truck louder, but don't want it toooo raspy....

Maybe I'll do cut-outs.

Doesn't the truck get the a/f ration reading off the front O2 sensors?

and don't those sims only replace the back O2 sensors (after the cat)

Yeah. Rear 02's are for emissions. You can have them cut out with the chip or o2 sims.

I have never heard our trucks with cut outs or no cats, would love to hear it.

law breaker

Im getting ready to do no cats, one chamber flows with turndowns on the end of the mufflers. Guess I will be a law breaker then! All that torque im supposed to be losing will be revived with the 150shot

My front cats melted down after my built engine was installed. No problems with check engine from that. My truck to will break the tires loose at 50mph. No cats here!

It is some what load in the cab but from out side not to bad.
