Q. for KB owners

well.....i just ordered my KB blower! i currently am running 14psi on my stock eaton, using NKG tr6's..and anything past 1/2 throttle i get this loud sputtering, almost like its hitting a rev limiter, or dropping a cylender....im hoping its just my plugs! SO i ordered NGK BR7's... will these work well with my new setup?? which is:
Kenne Bell (making 14-15psi)
straight pipes
Powerstack 12'' filter
90mm mass air
Diablo Chip

i took the truck down to get it tuned last week, and an actual tech. for diablo said he didnt know what it was and to maybe get new plugs or coilpacks...could this be from a clogged fuel filter??? i was thinking it could be the lines on my fuel pump...but it will boost up to 10psi no problem, anything more and the hole truck shakes! duh duh duh duh...but really fast and loud, it sound like it comes from my engine right out my exhaust!

i loose every race, i cant drive my L to its full potential, and im getting angry!

Maybee Matt SVTF150 will chime in, since he runs a KB on a stock block.

I think you need to call and talk to Jim at JDM, he has got Matts truck running awesome. If you can be without your truck for a few days, send your Mass Air meter into Jim and have him modify it. Then get him send you a set of injectors, and a chip tuned for those mods. I know it will cost you some money, but he has a lot of experience tunning for the KB. You might allso want to upgrade your fuel pumps too.

Even though I run a KB my setup is a lot different than yours. Head work, cams, more boost, but my driveability is allmost like a stock truck. So if he can get my truck running like that I am sure he can figure your truck out.

Hope you get your truck figured out.

Edit
I just re read your post, if you are having these problems with the stock blower, there must be a problem. I would make sure you figure it out first. Putting a KB will only make things worse if you don't figure it out first. You should replace the fuel filter, and maybee replace the coil packs too. Since you have a 2000 the coil pacs, may be going.

Also where r u from?

I'm pretty sure it's your plugs. Swap them out first and go from there.

thanks everybody....yeah ive ordered some new plugs, along with a new fuel filter...im going to change those and see how it runs before installing the KB...and if the problem continues, then i will get a set of fuel pumps, and check all the coil packs...but im pretty sure i have a couple of bad plugs, because while sitting at idle...it bounces up and down almost like its gunna stall...the idle sucks! but while under normal acceleration its fine...and of course at WOT...BAH BAH BAH BAH BAH...loud sputtering....
