So not only was my truck sliding all over this weekend but the wind blew open my door and overextended it. Now the door hits the body when I open it.

Is there a quick fix or something I could do to realign it or do I need a body shop?

By rights you need new hinges and a door check. If it isnt twisted up that bad a body shop can adjust it so its back in the right spot.

 

I did that once and needed a body shop. The post the door hinge bolted to got bent.
