Ok big decision and need your help

I going to order my 2nd (don't ask about the first long story) blower. I am torn between the KB and the Works 140. Both make a ****load more power. I was going to get the KB because it has already proven itself over and over again, however all this crap people are having with them is making me want to go to something else. The 140 is new and looks badass. however i have not seen ANY numbers to back it up. What does everyone suggest?

FWIW i am looking to run 18-20 psi on the street and 25 at the track

Thanks in advance.

Will

i would by a KB. the works are 850 more. they dont seem to produce that much more if any power then the kb. the kb is reasonbly priced and there seem to be more tunes for it. the 140 looks like it would be hard to install too. i would go kb!!!

wish i could afford either.

I'd say hold off for now. KB are having problems, and the 140 is still to new to tell.

Hey Spanky,
Sup Dude
I've always voted for KB in the past,
NO DOUBT it's a grrnty 10 with the correct tune
AND 9's are just around the corner these days

BUT soooooooooo many S/C's have already been replaced that
I got to admit, I'd strongly consider Works or Magnumpowers,
if I had to make that decision myself.

There are quite a few bad KB's around People that have had good luck with them are putting down some great numbers at the dyno and at the track.

I guess it just depends on how lucky you are

Works 140....It's worth the extra money in LOOKS ALONE!!!!

There are a few 140 dyno threads around here, but I believe they were sucking the stock fuel pumps dry so they didn't get accurate numbers. Be different go with a Works....Gimme a year or so and there will be another Works in MD

I say get WHATEVER it takes to beat NITROUS RONBO.

Maybe a jet engine or something.
