Hmmm, Looks like God has had a change of mind.

Just joking. Zaino and S100 are both excellent products and you can't go wrong with either one.

Which Meguiars are you using? They make some very good products also. Their #26 and #20 waxes are excellent. A lot depends on the preperation as to what the final outcome will be with any wax used. The Meguiars DACP is one of the most widely used prep polishes by some of the top detailers and enthusiasts.

If you happen to put Zaino on over regular waxes then it will wash right off with the regular wax since the Zaino will not bond to the paint. If you can not get at least 3 months out of a few coats of Zaino then you might want to look over what you’re doing to prepare the paint surface prior to using the Zaino or the actual condition of the paint surface.
Nope, that's not the issue. Followed prep instructions to a T. Removed all wax with the dawn...clayed....100% cotton towels with the trim cut off and stitcked edges with 100% cotton thread, Z5 between coats...the whole deal...

Perhaps it was just a bad batch...

Some paints and colors are better flattered by certain waxes/protectants more than others, since no two paint jobs are exactly alike, and different waxes and finishing techniques produce different results from different people.

The most important thing is to find something that fits your budget, skills, free time, and produces the results YOU like best on your particular finish.

For some, it's meguiars, for some, zaino, others, CWW, for me it's s100.

Its a great thing so many products are available, cuz Lightnings all over are looking great!

here's a couple websites I highly reccomend:

www.properautocare.com

www.autopia.org

01 XLT Sport,

As 95 Saleen stated, make sure you get the high-end 100% cotton towels ( I bought mine from Bed, Bath & Beyond), trim the edges, etc and follow the directions EXACTLY!!!

It worked for me and am very happy.

As far as the interior. I've been researching a product called 303, but haven't found anyone that has used it. I might have to be the guinea pig on this one. I don't like the greasy, slippery results that the Armour All type products give you. Anyone out there have any experience with 303?
if you go to their web site, you can have them mail you a sample. i just used the sample they sent me 2 days ago, and i am now going to buy a bottle. it make the plastic trim dark, with out being greasy. i havent used it inside yet, but i will. a guy i wrk with also got a sample, and order a bottle of the stuff the day he used it. i just like the fact it has a uv protectant in it so the trim doesn't fade.
