I emailed factory tech and he built me a monster box tranny that hasn't failed me. Running a 150 shot of nitrous and 20 psi...
I've had his tranny for almost 2 years and 25K hard miles.

60,000 miles now on the stock tranny except I had Redline D4 synthetic fluid exchanged for the OEM fluid at about 28,000 miles. No problems so far and my chip increases the line pressure which will/should weaken the trans parts.

At the very least, get a shift kit. This is an easy DIY that doesnt cost much, and really helps extend trans life by lessening the time between gears(clutch slip). The only negative is that you exchange those stock Lexus shifts for a harsher shift-most prefer this type of shift
Go with Trans Go or a complete valve body for a little more $$ and less work. Easy mod that should be a mandatory 1st mod. Most love the faster shifts,2nd gear chirps
