SOmeone local had one lock up would that work? It had a 10lb pulley on it.

what kind of science project are you doing?
my buddy has an eaton laying around sence he upgraded to the KB, im not sure how much he wants for it. your best bet is to try to find a cheaper non working one. let me know if you want me to ask him how much he wants for it.
