Any Fluidyne JDM exchanger pics..-->>

Anyone have any pics of this heat exchanger on their L? Does it hang down below the bumper at all?

No it isn't lower. It is the same level as the front valance only further back.

Front on level pic. All you can see is the rubber skirt where it bows down a little. FastAir scoop to the right (it scrapes once in a while).





Shot looking upward. You pull the rubber skirt back, punch new holes in the skirt to match the exchanger and put the plastic tabs back in to hold it.





It's a direct swap and very easy.

Here is a pic from behind. It does not interfere with anything.

The OEM piece is smaller but it is in a bracket, So the JDM one is the size of that.

Thanks for the pics...I have the JDM unit in the garage ready to install.. Chris I'm not going to give you 6 but you will get the HIT...lol

Did you guys get new bolts with yours? The heads on the stock bolts are IMHO too small headed for the bracket. Also did you get anything that goes between the top exchanger brackets and the frame bracket where it bolts to? Maybe nothing goes in between....seems odd..
