How much can you save with an X-plan??

I just priced out a super duty that I may buy in the spring. It came to 43K msrp and 37K invoice. How much can I buy this truck for with an x-plan pin???? How hard are they to get? (I never read the follow up on all the xplan threads)

Also, any military personell out there buy a truck through the exchange? I know people buy Harleys and sell them in the states and walk away with a couple G's.

Boy that kinda stinks! I know if you walk into most of the places here, they will go 2-300 over invoice or sometimes even less than invoice. Just tell them thats what your going to pay, and they will do it!

I dont know if this will help you or not but on a Fully Loaded F350 4X4 King Ranch, A Plan saved me $9000 and I believe that X Plan was around $6500 off of MSRP. This was on a Truck with every bell and whistle and was a dually.

Yeah, you don't always save much with x-plan. I bought a Sport Trac this April, and I get x-plan where I work, but I didn't use the x-plan because I negotiated a price better than x-plan (and then got a $3k rebate off of that).

When I bought my '01 L, x-plan was a big savings because at that time, about the best you could negotiate was getting the L for sticker.
