Yes, MORE questions about the predator

So, I understand the basics of the predator but have some questions. I know in the description it says you can adjust the fuel base + or - 15%in PE mode. But lets say for example, im running lean from 4600 to redline, but the rest of the range is good, could I just richen up 4600+rpm, or can you only do all rpm?

No individual control over a given RPM. You can only change the global variable.

I thought that you could make whatever changes you want to the tune before you flashed the ECU, but that afterwards you could only do the global changes.

For instance, if you have the optional PC interface, you could sit down and tweak the program, even getting into the fuel and timing tables. Then once you loaded it into the Predator, and flashed the vehicle, you could only use the global adjustments.

Yes, you can only make global changes to the air/fuel. However, if you were to get a custom tune from me, I can alter anything. So if you need tweaking only in certain areas, I can make that program to fix that, e-mail it to you to load on the Predator, and you can then make changes using the Predator on top of my custom program.

Example-- You dyno your truck. You notice the A/F is 11.7 all the way to 4500, then it goes up to 12.2. The Predator owner can not adjust JUST the lean spot, he can only adjust it globally. So you could adjust the A/F richer, but then you'd be over rich under 4500. So you e-mail me your dyno graph, along with your PCM dump taken by the Predator. I can fix the shape of the A/F graph. Now say after loading my new program in, you want to go back to the dyno. You re-dyno the truck, and the A/F line is straight, but maybe now it's 12.0, or 11.4, a little off either way. NOW, you can use the Predator to globally adjust A/F and get it set right at 11.7.

What is the recomended A/F's in the mid RPM's; I hear a lot about 5,000rpm, but nothing about 3,000 4,000 4,500?

Good question.
I'd like to know also.

You want to try to maintain the same A/F across the rpm range. The reason people talk about around 5k, is because as the rpms go up, the airflow increases, and that's where most trucks can start to ramp lean.
