I went from a bone stock truck (bad traction) to 6lb pulley, PSP Chip, 90 mm MAF, Powerstack filter etc.... (Terrible Traction)

I put on truck tracks and now it launches better, but I will definitley need drag radials!!!

T-Bars

I have JDM Rancho style t-bars and they work great, JLP's and LFP's are probably just as good. The Rancho style seems to lift and transfer weight very well, and has helped me get a 1.61 60 ft. time, John H.

I got Lakewood slapper bars from Summit for $99. Best $100 I ever spent...helped tremendously, and you still have a decently smooth ride as they are not "on" all the time. I'll use them til I break them

Rancho style t-bars. they lift and transfer the weight ,and never had wheel hop w/hoosers and 1.74 60 fts. the ride isn't much differnt than w/o. Imo ,I've put about 13k mi. on w/ them and wouldn't trade them for anything else.

JDM Ranchos 1.58 60 ft.

10 of the 11 fastest Ls on NLOC 1/4 mile forum (all 10 second Ls) run Rancho style bars.(Including the three big tuners)
It could be 11 out of 11 ( I do not know what Iceman runs)

The proof is in the #s.

Lakewoods

I use Lakewoods and have no complaints. I agree they aren't the best but I think that depends on power level. If I had a 11-10 sec truck I'd switch to much stronger bars

Lakewoods

My truck has never been to the track. More than likely it never will. The Lakewoods are cheap driveshaft insurance for me. I did use the #8 hardware when I installed them though.

Couldn't have said it better than my Pal Spanky just did
TT's are fine for Power levels into the low 12's, but as soon as I
started running 12.0's and now 11.81 the rear hopping prob's BECAME A MAJOR PROB. Next time I make a pass it will be on a set of JLP / JDM style ranchos
Anyone got a set they want to sell me, CHEAP

BTW
I should ad that the TT Bars are awesome in strength and quality,
and a great bar if your running in the 12.'s. They have gotten me 1.8's on F-1's, and consistant 1.6's on Hoosiers on most tracks.
Part of my hopping prob is due to unleasing an extra 75HP
ALL AT ONCE, AND INSTANTLY at launch with the Juice.
TT's are great bars, but not for my set up anymore,
I'll have a set for sale soon, IF ANYONE WANTS TO BUY UM ???
