As some of you know, I blew my engine last week. I am getting a built short block through either PSP (if he can get one in time) or JLP...(good quality?)...My question is....has anyone ported their stock supercharger? The dealer says than rather than change to an make, he can send it to get ported which will give me HP gains. Good or bad idea?

If you don't have 3 grand and want to make at least 30 more HP I'm with Rhino.... Cheap mod...

 

Is this mod "somewhat" safe? Do I need to add anything to balance it out?

 

If your chip is on the edge for A/F's you might and I say might want to get a reburn to add more fuel...other than that it has proven to be a worth while mod...

 

I just talked to my SVT tech about Apten and he couldn't believe the gains. He is gonna help me pull my blower off soon so I can send it in

 

Next Generation Motorsports in South Florida will start porting blowers too. TC is by far one of the best porters in the country.
