clunk still here with washers

clunk still here with washers

i got the washers from jdm and the clunk is still chillin

what else could it be?

what else could it be?
When exactly does the clunk occur? What's the tread wear like on the inside of your front tires? If it happens when you make a slow sharp turn it could be that one or both of your tires are worn on the inside. You probably need an alignment, but that shouldn't effect the clunk. It will just help your tires wear more even.

i installed the roush kit about 3 months ago and had it aligned then, thats when it started clunkin bad in sharp turn like pullin into a P spot

Smear a small amout of grease on the wheel bump stops.
When you make a hard turn and the wheel turns to its maxium turning point, your getting metal to metal contact which makes that annoying sound. I have the washers, and had that sound too. I was informed by another member to do what i just explaind to you, and problem solved

I get the noise all the time, and just havn't gotten around to puttin grease on the stop yet...

It looks like a little cylinder sticking out of the side of the arm, you'll see a corresponding "shiney" spot on the wheel hub where the two parts meet.
