Replacing Headlights

as u can tell im doing a little research, making out a wishlist of all the stuff i want for the Lightning so I can tell everyone i know what to get me for xmas

anyway, my truck is a 2000 model, i already ordered the clear tailights, but would like to replace the front headlights to the newer projector clear lights like the newer ones have...

just want to know if these would work, looks like they are considerably cheaper than the real ford ones... any reason why NOT to get them, other than they are fake

You'd be better off finding a pair of original headlight on the classifieds. That's the way I went, and I am very happy with them. I think there are a couple people on there right now selling them...check it out!!!

I have the tyc Lightning style headlights. There isn't much difference between these and the real svt ones. It doesn't say svt on the bulb globe and I think the svt bulb globe is a little largers. Here is picture of mine. I have more in my gallery.[IMG][/IMG]
