Which is most bang for buck

my truck already has quite a few mods (4lb, 90mass air, it20 plugs, johnny lightning ram air, psp chip)

since its a daily driver i dont wanna go overboard, but there are a few more things on my wishlist

im pretty sure i wanna do all of them, but cant afford them all at once, so that being said, which would show the biggest difference by itself... which should be next in line?

3.73 gears (have 2000) or maybe 4.10 gears???
Predator
FTVB
E-Fan
Pump

i think thats about it.... maybe if you had anything else in mind, please share...

predator

then sell the chip, that will offset the cost somewhat.

I noticed a big diff between my 00 and 03 due to gears. 03 has a lot more pep, so I would consider gears seriously. Personally, I'd never do 4.10's...

I'd keep the chip and wait on the predator until more feedback is posted. In the mean time, do the FTVB...you'll LOVE it!

add 4.10 gears and watch your MPG get cut in 1/2

I'd do the FTVB first if your line pressure isn't altered in your present chip. Otherwise I'd go with the Predator first so that you can change the settings each time you add a new mod, without downtime (Consult with your tuner!). My next choice would be a larger heatexchanger for the intercooler to keep things cooler and more consistant. Next, a ported Eaton is will add power/boost without upping the blower drive ratio, or creating additional heat. After this, you'll be approaching the point where LT headers and exhaust will actually be a necessity.

You should already have a driveshaft loop and traction bars. The traction bars will do two things. Help eliminate broken parts, and enable you to use slicks or drag radials without wheel hop. The driveshaft loop is just plain common sense, and required equipment at most tracks.

You can look into the blower porting from Apten. That is in the same price range as some of the stuff you listed.

If you're stock (you're not) the gears would be good. With your current power it would help a little at the track with slicks, but hurt you on the street (wheelspin, gas mileage). FTVB on your list would be my recommendation. Predator after more feedback. I'd wait on it.

Bang for the buck I do like the FTVB . That helps extend the life of the tranny a little and the E-fan is just a common sense mod that should have been done from the factory. Anytime you can take 13 lbs of rotating mass off a motor is a good thing in my book. Even helps with the gas mileage.

May not be the fastest mods , but overall the 2 mods I feel will help you the best in the long run.

Those were my 1st 2 mods. Now I have just added the predator, and the truck seems to pull alot better. I have tested all my mods so far with the G-tech, and I have picked up .9 seconds in my 0-60. I think the biggest portion of my times comes from the colder weather.

Stock 0-60 5.8 85 degrees

3 mods 0-60 4.9 55 degrees
Predator
FTVB
E-FAN

I think my next mod will be drag radials, I'm having a hard time keeping the truck from spinning, even going into 2nd it wants to keep spinning.

I only have a local 1/8th mile track and havent tested the difference the predator has made, but will go this sunday and see what kind of difference it is. I never tested the truck while it was stock, but with the FTVB and E-Fan my best time is 8.8 @ 80 mph.

Quite the opposite. Lessens clutch plate slippage which in turn lessens the amount of heat which is the killer for most trannies.

That is the short abridged version.
