Finally got 12's!

Well, I went to the track Friday night with hopes that I could get a 12 second time slip. I let the truck cool down for about 15-20 mins after I got there, then I got in line to race. My first run was a 13.03 then I ran right behind that and got a 13.02 (no cooldown). I then decided to really let the truck cool down for a while. I really don't think I let it cool down properly before racing it the first time. It's about an hour and 20 minute drive for me to the track at 70-80mph. So, After about 45mins I went to make another run and thats when I got it, 12.87 @ 105. FINALLY! I just wanted to be in the 12's. I think the cooldown is what must have gotten it for me.

The track was not prepped very well, I was having problems spinning, so I might could do a little better. But hey, I'm happy I got my 12 second slip.

What are your mods? I hope to get my 12 before storing it for the winter. Congrats!

The time in my sig is with just chip, traction bars and K&N on F1's. I was hoping to get my 12 that same night. I recently added a 4# and am trying to get back to the track one last time this year to get it. I should be able to run solid 12's now I hope
