Does anyone know if once a flash is performed on a ECC/CPM will plugging in a chip still work in conjuction with the reflash or???

Yes,but never use a chip that was burned by someone other than the PCM recalibrator. You would have to know what changes were made in the recal before you could alter anything through the chip,with any safety.
