I've spoken with Tommy in great length over the phone and he was amazingly nice. Extremely knowledgeable, and by far one of the best out there in terms of service. My wife just bought my Thunderform a couple weeks ago for my birthday. Tommy was unsure if it would arrive in time for her to give it to me the day of. Sure enough, it was here 2 days beforehand. Bottom line....great guy, great service, great vendor!

 

Just wanted to add my two cents to the Outrageous Performance experience...I've called Tommy too many times to count. He's a great source of information. He hasn't ever been pushy with "buy my product." He always seems to have time for his customers. Based on lengthy chats about engine design and building, he'll be the one who builds my lower end. We even discussed him coming to Atlanta to install it! I'll gladly recommend his company and continue to buy his products. Outrageous Performance is run the way it should be...customer focused.
