I think all of the major tuners sell them;
JDM, PSP, JLP, REM, etc.
Or you could just buy Sals truck, turn key mid to low 10 second truck for $35,000.00 or under. That sounds like a very good deal to me.

How "custom" do you want to go?
I can get you a 5.8l (bored and sleaved 5.4) 32v with a billet bottom end cheap.
The owner has come accross very tough times: his health has been a problem and now his wife has passed away. So, it could be your gain, but you would have to want to make serious hp. It would be race only.
