Code “P0213” Cold Start Injector 1

I added the Krank Vent TM Kits, it ran fine, and the engine seemed to run smoother, silkier, That’s when I decided to go for it floored it the boost went up to 10.5 unusually I only get 9 very seldom 10. Took it down to 65, it was great. Upon seeing another opening in the rush hour traffic I WOT one more time, when I got down to snail speed service engine light came on. Got home and took the Passenger Vent off then I reset the light and checked the code “P0213” Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction, I know that “P” is Power train The “O” is SEA, and the “2” is Fuel and Air Metering (injector Circuit) but I have no cle what is the 1 and 3!! Can any body shed any light to this??? The code did not come back this morning…

It's only been an hour since your initial post. Why not try waiting?

if you had googled for ford odb ii codes you would have found this

http://www.svtlightnings.com/scantoo...tc%20codes.htm

I guy I know hosts that site - it just lists the same "cold start injector malfunction"

You could try a ford service DVD to see if it has trouble shooting steps for that code

Excuse me! I was trying to motivate a small spark of emotion! It worked.
What in heavens name is “Cold Start Injector #1 Malfunction”
In another site, they said it was a vacuum leak. I have installed the Krank Vent TM Kits, it ran fine, until the second WOT run the code appeared.
I read it, cleared it, and removed the Krank vent on the drivers side. Today the code has not reaped.
Ok I deserved to get flamed!!! I donned my fire suit. Thanks….

It was sarcasm - The site listed is my site and unfortunatly the code list has no more info

I bought a ford service DV off ebay for $40 - its at home - it might have trouble shooting steps for that code
