Why exactly do you want to sue ford over warranty issues?

It wont be worth spending the money trying to sue them. You mite win but you may spend more money on it than you would want to.

i dont care about the money to sue them,, i feel that it is bull**** that they tell you a truck has a full warranty and they deny a claim without reason.....

Ford needs to get real and stand behind their product....

my mother threatened to sue ford for the same reason....warranty defaulting on her expedition. one week later we had a new expedition with the know recall fixed and payed off. they tucked there tail between there legs and ran....you'd be surprised what you can get when you raise your voice a little.

Exclamation

na actually those questions are based on a L that is goin to be sold as a SALVAGE,, the truck is a wreck

I bought mine from a different place all together and i wanted another one for parts, i figured if it had aftermarket stuff on it i could sell it and sell the stock parts too, i was even thinking of getting it fixed up to use but was informed that it would be too hard to get it reg'd...

Now that the eng has blown in mine being stock i would really like to get it.. but i have to wait for the title to come in..

Is this ok with everyone???

Virtually every civil case results in settlement.

One of the problems with settlements is that they are typically confidential.

So, even if someone had sued Ford, they likely would not be able to tell you about it.

I know someone who sued them over the Thunderbird SC head gaskets they refused to replace for him. He counted on them settling, so he didn't even hire an attorney, no point in him spending anything other than some minimal filing fees. They settled the day before the scheduled court date.
