smoked the parkin lot out

with oil not tires

i sat iddleing for like 10 min wating for class to start then when i left school the thing smoked pretty bad

i have the pcv kit installed but obvicely its not worth a dam i think im gona get a oil seperator

that doens't sound good!

see how much oil is in the rubber boot.

same thing happens in my truck, the only time i get smoke is the start up after it had been idling for more then like 30 seconds. i have the swanson kit.

Ok, so i know a lot of guys get smoke on start up occasionally but has anyone noticed if its after a long idle or not?

I have the REM seperator....no smoke here.... I dont undertsand why your truck would smoke from something like that though. Seems it would be something more serious than something a pcv kit could cause.

Oil seperator vs Swanson style PCV kit.

After 8 months with the "Kit", no oil or smoking at start up.
