I'm looking for advice, recommendations or help with my trans problems.

This is the second time in 4 months that I lost OD on my car and I definitely can't afford to buy another tranny.

What should I do, I really don't have any money left and I have one trans sitting on the garage floor and the other is still in the car being worthless...

You are probably burning up the O/D band man. Almost every AOD/AODE/4R70W I see at my shop takes an O/D band. Did the last tranny get "built" or was it something you had laying around and you just slapped it in the car>??? -Mat-

 

He just has crappy luck them.

I think Russ has been getting used trannies, and if I'm not mistaken this is the 3rd or 4th that has blown.


He has a S/C Crown Vic.
