I'm not running them on my truck at the moment, but will be when my Pirelli's need changing. Most often I see these tires on wheels 20" and up. If you have the stock 18" wheels on your L, I'd stay with the F1's.

I run T1-S's on both of my C-5's. Great rubber for the street. Awesome in the rain.

I bought mine locally (Les Schwab Tires). Been a great street tire. I like them on the street but they don't hook for crap at the strip. Very good in heavy rain. About 15k on them so far. Best guess they will go 35k miles.

The Toyo Proxes WILL go 35,000. I've done it twice on my 99. I just ordered a set from Discount for $891.15 total out the door(tax, mount, balance, stems)! I only have 12,000 miles on my F1's and they are gone. The driving school last month totaled them. Ran over a deer antler on the way home last night and destroyed one of the wore out F1's. Firday I get my new Toyos. 295-45-18's just like stock. They are not worth a crap at the track but in rain they are better than the F1's. I have a set of track tires and wheels bought and paid for (thanks Doug).

The T1's are not made in 295/45/18's.
