Thanks Talon for getting it together! Its documented well on other sites my new best...

(and the fact that I took the big trophy, one of the smaller ones, and the low et of the event plaque)

But since I'm still excited (and tired) here it goes again

left at 5am yesterday, drove it 274 miles, made 8 passes, all of them could have been legitamate 11 second passes, but track timers, my brake system (to run my dialin) and the finals I paraded down the track after fellow ARLOC member redlit, and I cruised. so ended up with 5 11s runs. drove it home 274 miles with no problems!

best was:
1.692 60'
7.479@92.82 1/8 mile
11.706@115.28 1/4 mile

others were 11.72, 11.76, 11.90 and 11.92

Thanks Talon for welcoming us down there!

Yeah Gator, it is pretty cool to get with a bunch of L brothers and not hear one argument over who's tuner can beat up who.

But then I have to say, After attending many get togethers,I have noticed, that everyone, does a great job of leaving the tuner B.S. out of the equation when together doing what we all love to do most.

I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the day as well. It was just a great time, with a great group of guys. Despite the "low" turnout (a lot of the TALON guys had to back out for one reason or another), we had THREE 11 second stock block trucks, and a slew of low- mid 12 second trucks, SEVERAL new PB's and not one single failure of any kind. It was a beautiful day at the track, and everyone got home safely...what more could we ask for!?! Can't wait 'til next year!

Later,
Rob
