Just got done taking the 8# lower off and putting a 2# on. Have to face the facts that 10.76 will be my best time for now (I can live with that)and now it is 12.000000000000000000s for a while.
Wanna do a lot of bracket racing next year so I need to get my set-up ready now. I figure low 12s w/ the 20s on the front ,93 octane and taking nothing off the L. Jusy go to the track , change to the slicks and go racing. No cool downs or anything.

The one good thing was ZERO BELT SLIPPAGE when I just changed belts. The idler arm had no residue at all on it. That means I was taking full advantage of the KB. I ran a 80 size belt w/ the KB(not reichard) 3 inch upper (also no metco idler pulley)and 8# lower for anybody looking for a good belt size.

Going to E-town tomorrow for the trophy marathon (will stop at JDms first for a new program though). Will get 7 passes for $20 and that should give me a good idea where I need to be.

Besides I do not feel comftorable running 10s alot without a cage.

You may be running 12's for a while Vinnie, but just knowing that your beast is a true 10 second machine is, I'm sure, an awesome feeling for you that won't fade away anytime soon.

....that is until you get that 9 second itch anyway.

At the end of 2001, I had hit the 12s, 12.97 to be exact.
End of 2002 I had hit the 11s, 11.93 to be exact and now at the end of 2003 I hit the 10s, 10.76. So the end of 2004 should be exciting........TO BE CONTINUED......
