Weird rotational noise at exactly 40km/h?

Took it into the dealer and went with the shop Forman for a ride so he could hear it. Sure enough he hears it. I drop it off for the appointment a couple of days later and they tell me they did nothing because they cant find anything wrong with the front suspension and could not re-create the noise. I tell them the Forman already heard it and just take him out so he could show the tech. their reply was “we can do that, but you will have to bring it in at another date” WTF? I told them no and to keep the truck for the weekend and I will just keep the loner car they gave me.

Pisses me off because its damn loud and “always” there at exactly 40km/h. It sounds like a bad rotor (rubbing swishing rotational noise). And its only there at 35km-45km/h. Anything other then that speed and its gone. It also doesn’t seem to change when I press the brakes so I am almost 100% sure its not brake related. I can even feel it slightly in my feet through the floor. Its like a wump wump wump wump noise. Doesnt sound like a wheel bearing but more like a bad CV joint or something. But why only at 40km/h? Anyone else ever have this problem so maybe I can find out what it is for Ford. LOL I have another appointment this Monday so they can have a second chance at hearing the problem.

My drive shaft broke last month and as a rsult have new front and back U joints but this noise was there before my Driveshaft broke and is still there now so I dont think its the U joints.

Yp I actually thought of that and you guys may veyr well be right. I had the dealer slap on my Winter tires and rims so when I go on Monday I will see if the noise is gone with the addition of the winter tires. then I would know it was the F1's. theonly thing is it is gonna be harder to hear the noise with the winter tires on since winter tires are noisy.

Thanks guys. I will keep you posted and let oyu know if your guess whas right.
