The MAF transfer function, dummy. It is the PLC logic steering variant which provides the ECU with the RTC data stream from the ion generator so that the EMS can provide the proper synergistic holography matrix data to the field strength indicator.

To put it in layman's terms, it drives the flux capacitor.

the only person I have ever seen/heard discuss the MAF transfer function is jerry at fordchips. try emailing him and see if he has what you are looking for.

but how does this work with the piston return springs? If there is any variance in the combustion chamber pressurer resulting from a change in the air/fuel ratio, those return springs WILL wear out quickly, perhaps resulting in a bendage of the connecting rods or worse possible warpage of the spark plug electrode, resulting in a smaller than recommended plug gap, which in turn will cuase the flux capacitor to fluxuate. Flux fluctuation has led to warp core meltdowns on the prototypes. That could turn your truck into a pile of liquid metal~

Don't give me any crap about those springs wearing out, I've seen enough of them in my days, I know what I'm talking about.

I'd leave it stock and avoid that possibility.
