traded the cobra in for a Toyota echo

well... while they put a motor in the cobra atleast...

my wife actually thought she would drive the L, instead of the echo!!!

either the water pump impeller came off, or the thermostat stuck closed... the water in the radiator was nice and cold.. the motor was NOT.. smoke coming out of the dipstick tube, oil baked on the dipstick!!!!!

cobra has 6,700 miles on it.. and will be soon on its second motor.. and HAS NOT been raced yet!?!?!?!?!?

oh well, it will be all better soon.

When my Lightning was in the shop last year awaiting replacement of a door that was dented at a car wash, they tried to give me a Neon................no disrespect to anyone who owns a Neon, but I laughed at them..............I requested something "comparable in class". They gave me an Eclipse Spyder GT................much better!! Not the zippiest ride or anything, but MUUUUUCH better than a freeking Neon!!!

You should bictch a little and at least end up with a V6 Mustang or something

jc

i dont get worked up about much... just isnt worth it.

atleast with the new motor, Ill have all the latest fixes that have been done in the later production cars. this will also teach my wife that there are more guages than the "fuel" guage.

just comes down to "shi-tuff" happens

Madness, that suck. I didnt know that the Cobras didnt have the fail safe system that the Lightnings have. I dont see why Ford doesnt put it on all vehicles if they have it in the trucks.

allowing a woman to drive the vehicle is the real mistake.
if you show a dog a lawn you can't expect them not to poop on it.

take the echo from her tonight, and beat the crap out of it. Im talking about running it as hard as humanly possible. Drive it like you stole it. Take it off road, stuff like that.
