Smile Oil

due for my first oil change next week. anyone running the royal purple oil? what is everyone running?

I went to mobil 1 5w30 @1,000 and have 17,000 miles on it today.

i think he means dino, i believe thats the term. He means a traditional oil as opposed to a synthetic. I disagree however, and say go for it. RP is a great oil, however realize what your paying for, its for extended changes. If you do not intend to take advantage of that, just use a good synthetic IE mobil 1. But for the most part, any oil is going to provide you excellent protection as long as you change it in proper intervals.

I'd love to be a search-cop here, but for whatever reason the webmaster has decided not to allow 3 character word searches. Which eliminates about 50 usefull things you'd like to search for (gas, oil, etc)

I put RP's #11(5w20) Racing Oil in at 4K. Been trouble-free for 54K.

I use ULX-110 5w30, Web Site www.ulx110.com This oil rocks. Switched at 10,000 now have 22,000 miles on the L. No Problems.
