Question SES and P0171 code

Hey guys I would love some help. I have a 2001 L with a chip 5lb lower pulley and full exhaust. Recently I threw #3 plug. I had the supercharger removed and a few other things in order to have #3 helicoiled. After it was repaired the SES light came on.I scanned it and got P0171 system too lean. What could be the cause of this? I have an oil breather on for quite soon time now with no problems. I changed the fuel filter the same day too. What else should I check in order to solve the problem? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx Cypri.

I checked again and I actually got:
P0171 system too lean bank 1
P0174 system too lean bank 2
P0402 EGR excessive flow detected

How I think I got an even bigger problem. Any please help with suggestions.

make sure all of the vacuum lines are routed and connected properly. There is either a vacumm leak or line not connected lettign unmetered air into the engine. Something like that causing a lean condition. Don't forget the ones to the EGR tube to the transducer.

Put you stock breather cap back if you still have, if not get one. Reset PCM and see what happens.

I will check the vacum lines as well as replace the original oil cover. Will let you know what I come up with. Thanx for the replies. Any more suggestions?

Check the air inlet boot for a leak around the maf. That is what caused my truck to throw those codes.
