Need help, what is this noise???

when i step on the gas i hear a creaking noise coming from what sounds like the front passenger side. It creaks when i start to accelerate. it sounds like static from a radio for just a split second. No driving problems. I can sometimes here it when i let off or if i switch form reverse to drive when it starts to move foward. Can anybody identify this. It is driving me crazy adn i cant really take it to ford cuase i dont want to take everything off. Let me know what u think. Thanks.
