Which plug is colder? IT-22 or TR6?

Which plug is colder? IT-22 or TR6?
What are the heat ranges of the Denso IT-22's vs. the NGK TR6's?
Is one colder than the other?

The IT22 is colder.

TR5/IT16 - stock heat range

TR6/IT20 - one range colder

BR7/IT22 - two ranges colder

I used tr6's with a 4# pulley and they were fine. I put on the 2.80 upper also so now I have BR7's.

I suggest the IT20s with a 4lb. If you don't do much strip racing, then you can get away with the TR6s, but I really don't suggest it.

I go to the strip just a few times a year. Although I have been there twice in the one months I have owned my truck hehe. Just didn't know if the BR7's were too cold for my application.
