Question F-150 4x4 /HD charger conversion

I've recently purchased a factory takeoff 02' Harley Davidson edition Supercharger online. It included intake manifold, intercooler, fuel rails, injectors, throttlebody, coil packs, wiring harness and all sensors. I'm not planning on installing this for a few months but any ideas on what else it might require on the install. I'm not sure if I need a different fuel pump, than the one that comes with the stock 5.4L in 01'? What about the PCM? Most of my driving is commuting, towing, with occasional horse play thrown in. Will I need a beefier tranny, or will a shift kit suffice? Any assistance is appreciated!

power hungry,
I am currently doing the same project to my 2000 F-150 lariat 4x4. There is a lot of work and time involved. You will need the following components..... ECM, custom chip (if doing any mods) if not the stock one will work, lightning wire harness, alternator, water pump, injectors, both fuel pumps (the stock 5.4L pump is way too weak), inner-cooler coolant tank, coolant lines, fan shroud, mass air flow sensor and air box, lower compression pistons (8.4:1), 4R100 transmission (4R70W will work but isn't very strong). The 4R100 comes standard on F-150's with the optional 7700 lb payload group. The ECM (engine control module) must be the same year as the supercharger! The cylinder heads, crank, and rods are the same. I recommend getting some H-beam rods if you plan on increasing the boost above stock. If you are towing stuff I would leave the stock torque converter installed. the easiest way to take the motor out is to remove the whole cab. Your transfer case should hold up to the power but don't quote me on that. Let me know if you have any questions...
HAVE FUN!!
