Are there any required important steps on removing the throttle body + cables. im gonna clean my intercooler, and have never removed the throttle body before, i dont want to screw up the settings on those cables.

you cant really screw them up... release the tension by opening the TB all the way, one of the cables snaps on....they other is a "T" that slides into a slot. Just remove the cables and tuck them under a hose until you need to re-install. The cables are a certain length which cant be changed.... just make sure they can move freely and that you dont loop them under anything when re-installing.

Im on that road just about every day now. I have seen a few other Lightnings on there before.... a couple silver ones and a red one with some sort of after market rims... one of them u?
