New Best! (Almost New 10sec Club Member)

Just got home from FFW "Pacific" had a great time hanging with all the local Lightning owners and seeing some wicked-fast cars run..

I added a hit of the giggle-gas to my truck for the event, ended up running a best of:

1.65 60'
7.12 @ 100mph 1/8
11.09 @ 123mph 1/4

I ran on my street program, since I dont have a nitrous program just yet. My street program has 11deg of timing for our great 91oct gas we have. So theres some extra power on the table there, too.

This WONDERFUL track is at 2,700ft altitude, the Density Altitude today was 3,280'.... The time corrects to a 10.66 @ 128mph.. Dunno how accurate the correction factors are, but I DO typically run ~4-5mph quicker at some of the other sea-level tracks in SoCal.. Hell, I'd be happy with 10.9999999

I also put the truck on the mobile dyno they had to see what it made with the nitrous...

10's Here I come!!

Dale it was great to meet you, dante, ****, jay, phil, kelly, mike, Redbolt, and Chris. Everyone was very nice, and had great looking trucks.

Dale your runs were awesome, and were the 3 fastest runs Ive seen in an L. I'm sure you will be in the 10's at Carlsbad.

I note that the Truff Truck final was between two Norcal guys, with Chester winning in a Harley, and Roy coming in second in a Gen 1.

Thumbs up

Awesome ET/MPH and dyno numbers! Go get that 10sec timeslip! Was this with you Works 112 blower or have you stepped up to the 140>??? Also how big of a nitrous shot were you using>??? Those def are some impressive numbers. If the correction factor is accurate then even more Simply awesome! -Mat-
