I "think" this is where mine came from. I got mine used (never installed) for $75 from the classifieds. The one listed doesn't mention a lower grill which mine came with, and apparently only fits the lightnings, since it won't fit either XLT valance, thus mine is sitting in the garage... Thought about cutting it up, and making it work, but probably won't...

Thanks for the info guys. I do like the billet grills even though a lot of guys have them. Very clean looking. Thanks again...so many mods, so little time...LOL.
