He has agreed to fix my altenator for free and even powdercoat it another color. It seems the 200amp alternator might have an incorrect pulley installed which would cause a goodyear belt to shread. I will be sending him the stock pulley so he can see how it show fit and the proper clearance. So any future people buying one from him can be assured you will not have this problem.

He has also informed me that a high output alternator does'nt like to spin at low rpm's during idle, the alternator will not charge properly. So, this is the reason a slightly smaller pulley has been installed on the 200amp unit vs the stock 130amp.
