I installed a JLP flip chip today and according to the directions when the chip is in the stock mode the LED light will be off, well my light is on and also on the street program the light is on green and on the race program the light is on red which i know is correct. I was just curious if anyone else had installed the chip and on the stock program had the LED light stay on when the directions say it will be off.

You have to START the truck in the "stock" position otherwise it will not actually change to stock while running.

 

The truck was started in the stock postion but the green light was on and according to the directions the light should be off

flip the switch to the opposite side of the slot.Turn off the key then turn it back on this is *stock*no light... in the middle is 1 towards the slot is 2.....JL

 

Guess I was 2 excited to get out and drive it
