'03 heads part numbers

Hey guys, just had a plug shoot out on thursday night. I'm going to try to get ford to replace the entire head since I don't feel very comfrotable with the helicoil idea. Do you guys have the part numbers for the '03 heads? Also, how exactly is a helicoil done?

Also, do you happen to know the numbers for the 2001 L heads... just incase the dealer tells me they put '03 heads on, but they really put '01 heads on. Just want to make sure I get the right thing.

The older heads are no longer in production, so it would be very unlikely that the dealer could even get a set.
