Dynoed and A/F is way off how do i fix it?

I went to the dyno with my stock 01 L and the A/f was way down to 9.95 i was wondering what could be causing it to go way down like that on a stock truck

what i think im going to do is put a chip and i want to do a pulley but im not sure if ill be safe going with a 6lber that i want maybe a 4lber will be better, but i really just wanted to know why my A/F was soo off.

Also my truck is ready to drive in canada i found that out when the other L owners at the dyno pointed out that im the only one with daytime running lights, and i have a canadian sticker inside my door where as theres have a american sticker, but my gauges are the same. any help would be great

I would suggest before you do anything, find another dyno shop and check your A/F against their machine. Dyno sensors go bad often.
