Thumbs up 12-second Club!

Well, I went out to the track last night for the sole reason of learning to drive on slicks. But, with my crappy driving skills and the hot and humid weather I sill got my first 12-second run. So, that’s something right?

12.89 @ 105.5 mph 1.88 60ft 4760 lbs

That was the first run of the night. My last run was a 12.90 @ 104.3 with a 1.81 60ft. I still have some learning to do but atleast my 60ft times are improving.

Hey Todd, you have time to come up and help me install my cold air kit?

Great job! ...just imagine. In 40 degree cooler weather, that would have been a mid 12s run, in the 108-109mph range ...or maybe better!

Our trucks are such PIGS in the heat.

Looking for a sub 12.5 run next Tuesday here in St. Louis. Weather looks to be PERFECT for some good #'s!

Steele, did you get a vid of the run... let me know next time you go out there... we will get a few "L's" together and run

Did you get the PSP fast air kit? The last time we were at the
dyno I made my pull with a 2# pulley....I was sent the wrong one!!

I should get my 4# and Air Force One by next friday.... I'll be ready for some 12's also...

Rob_02Lightning, where did you get that 12 second club sticker? I know someone from HALO use to sell them, but I just haven't found any info since. Id rather get that one than the NLOC, nothing against them, your 12 second sticker just looks that much better. A name or a number would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Congrats on getting into the 12's! Doesn't it feel great. I remember how happy I was when I did it. Wait until you get in the 11's if you are gonna try for that. The feeling is that much better. Goodjob! -Mat-
