The heads you can get from Auto Zone or Walmart. Walmart actually has them in the two pack and its a couple of dollars cheaper than Autozone.

I didnt know they made a light for our fogs though. I have the part # so I will keep looking.
Thx
Allyn

You can go to http://www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htm for a list of SilverStar vendors. You can also order them direct from Sylvania but you will pay more buying direct from the factory. I know you can get them quick from "AutoBarn". By the way, aftermarket bulbs can be had for back up lights, dome light, cargo lights, etc.. I really am pleased with my aftermarket halogen
cargo bulbs in my '03 L. Aftermarket back up lights were another that made a biggggg difference.

Yup, Walmart has them IF they are on the shelf when you go but most often they are out of them. Autozone has trouble keeping them in stock also BUT if you tell AutoZone to get you a set they will have them within a day usually.

Which bulbs #/brand are you using in these locations?

FOR MY '03 Lightning:

For the cargo lights: PIAA P/N: P19224 for $10.87, this is for a twin pack. Installation is a easy for anyone, just don't touch the bulb with your fingers! Use a cloth.

I purchased a pair of DesignTech, 50 Watt Halogen Super Bright Back-Up Bulbs to replace my stock back-up bulbs. Maybe cause I'm old or the rear window tint... 8-) When backing up in real dark areas I found the stock bulbs did not give me enough light. Anyway, installed these halogens which replace the existing 3156 style back-up light bulbs. MUCH brighter! (manufacturer claims 250% brighter) Price is for one (1) bulb on sale now is $7.99 so a pair for $15.98. Not a bad investment if it helps keep you from backing into something/someone. I bought them at AutoBarn and got to me 3 days after ordering. Note: Manufacturer recommends do not leave back-up lights on for extended periods or heat damage to fixture may occur.

Remember that this will not work on 1999/2000 Lightnins as the lights are completely different.

That is why I emailed you and mentioned it here that the '03 L was different in regard to bulbs then older L's.
