Sunday i put Autometer Lunar gauges in my truck...take it for a test ride at night at WOT it only showed 12 psi!! what the hell. I have a 6# lower, cai and all the other bolt ons except exhaust. I checked the tubing for the gauge and no kinks. I dynoed 427 and 533...and went 12.5 in the 1/4 Truck also doesnt seem as fast what could it be any ideas?

 

Take a look at the snout on your supercharger ans see if there is any belt dust you could be slipping.

If you ran 12.5 then you are most likley seeing the 14-15 psi you should be. Did you not have the Dyno hooked up to see how much boost you where running?

My guess is a problem with the gauge, but thats just my 2 cents though.

If not then you may have a slipping belt as mentioned. In that case get some belt dressing and see if taht helps.

I also heard that there are some 6# pulleys that are not true 6# pulleys. What brand pulley did you get? Hoe big is the lower pulley> Can you measure the diameter?

 

Yeah something is wrong with you gauge, either the gauge itself or a leak in the fittings.
