With a lot of money, time and trial and error. I knew what i wanted the end result to look like, so i wasn't giving up!

 

Damn that so hardcore. I can't get over how awesome that looks!

here you can see better how air cond. and heat control face pannel was molded in, and how base was made and moded in for gauges to sit "up" and out on. I DID NOT want them flushed in behind xbox tray.
