I was sitting at a red light and the guy in front of me was in the intersection a little bit, so he put it in reverse to back up a little. There was plenty of room to do that. That wasn’t the problem.

The problem was, he kept it in reverse. I was sitting there trying to get his attention. So was the guy to the right of me in the turning lane. He saw his reverse lights to. I was honking at him, hanging out my window, I couldn’t get his attention. (I got his license plate memorized still!) So the light turned green, and he rolled backwards a little, but he didn’t hammer the gas b4 he realized he was still in reverse!
My heart just now started back up again! I was waiting for him to plow right into me! But he didn't so my day is well. Just thought I'd share my near death expierance with yall.

I've had the exact same thing happen to me, before the light changed though I got out of my truck and explained to the driver that he was in reverse still. He told me he had no idea.....the nerve of the DMV to give some people licenses eh?

 

I would nearly freak out if something like that almost happened to my baby. My best friend cried when one of his 48s at his lawn company got out of control and rammed the side of his truck throwing him off. He was fine, just fell on the grass, but the truck did not do so well.

 

yeah I thought about getting out and telling the guy he was still in reverse, I just didnt think he'd floor it when the light turned green. I am so lucky he didn't.
