my dad "pours" custom clocks, plaques, awards etc.

The stuff he uses is different I am sure, but it always has
little bubbles in them when they are "just" poured and
beginning to set up.

To get them out......100%, my dad uses a small hand held
propane torch to gently wave back & forth above the items and
the bubbles dissappear instantly.

So if SVT Customs is listening, on your next batch, carefully
manuver a small propane torch over your emblems, the
concentrated light amount of heat removes all bubbles.

My emblem is perfect, of course I got it in January, before people
really started complaining about the company.

It gets a lot of attention and I love it, and I agree for the $$$$
that they cost they ought to be perfect... I would be ashamed
to charge someone $30 for a sticker/gel overlay and it be bubbly.

Excuse me....... for the amount of $ he charges for those overlays there should be not be 'lots of bubbles" ! Where on svtcustoms.com website does it say for $30+ your overlay comes with lots of bubbles. IF you have lots of bubbles you did NOT get what you paid LOTS of $ for. Ask for another that has no problems or get a refund. IF he will not oblidge with a new overlay or a refund warn others here and contact your credit card company and dispute the charge on your credit card. Again, you paid lots for the overlay and it should be right or the guy should not be selling them. Suggest you contact Terry at svtcustoms.com and see how he will handle the matter.

Wow.............sure you didn't leave anything out, like using thumbscrews during the negotiations process? lol, just kidding...........I'be bought quite a few items with zero problems.

I definately will not be ordering one of those now, I was waiting to see how he handled the situation with you, I should heve learned my lesson the first time and never given this place a second thought!

Time and time again you hear about svtcustoms.com taking the $ and either not delivering, late delivering, flawed product or whatever. Apparently they used to be aok to order from but lately it seems you always hear about problems with svtcustoms.com orders. A handful of buyers are happy with them these days and even more unhappy with them. Svtcustoms.com will never see anymore of my $... They have screwed up the only two orders I gave them. Took multiple phone calls to get my product which in the end I was not 100% happy with.
