Which should I do first this weekend? Shackles or Lakewoods?

Which should I do first this weekend? Shackles or Lakewoods?
I am installing both DJM 2" drop shackles and Lakewood traction bars this weekend.

Which should I install first to minimize the adjustments? I am under the impression I should drop it with the shackles first, then fit the traction bars (space the snubs) after it is already lowered. Correct????????

Do the shackles first........then set the snubbers at the lowered height.
